REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
GOODS TO BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT/ CLAIMS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- RETURNS
1.1 Please note that the colour on pictures may differ to actual product due to camera
and lighting quality. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be allowed in this regard.
1.2 Any claims (short received, wrong product, damaged or faulty etc must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. The claims must be e-mailed to hi@dqinteriors.co.za.
- Where goods are returned due to a damaged or defective nature, a picture of the
damaged product must be attached to the e-mail advising of such damage or defect
before dispatch of the goods back to DQ Interiors.
- The customer will be liable for all costs associated with returning goods to the nearest
Postnet, alternatively to DQ Interiors, as directed by us.
- Where goods are returned due to breakage in transit, DQ Interiors will replace the
goods and return the replacement item to the client.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as
flowers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept the return of
products of an intimate nature, or flammable liquids or gases.
1.6 Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- REFUNDS
2.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Refunds are not available on sale items.
2.2 Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 Should your refund be approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- GIFTS
3.1 If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
3.2 If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
- SHIPPING RETURNS
4.1 To return your product, you should mail it to DQ Interiors as advised from time to time.
4.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.3 Should you receive any refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.4 The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on where you live.
4.5 Should you return more expensive items, we urge you to consider utilising the services of trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
